Imagine sitting back and relaxing over a bottle of wine down to a carefully curated menu tailored just for you and your guests featuring seasonal produce, fresh seafood, and locally sourced meats. Most of the fresh produce you’ll enjoy is grow organically in Glen’s garden, he picks ingredients fresh on the day.
There is also the option to have your menu paired with wines from local wineries in the South West so that every sip will perfectly complement each bite.

THE DETAILS:
The cost is $150 pp + gst and you can choose degustation or shared style menu options.
The shared style menu option is a casual dining experience which includes 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts and 3 sides with a minimum of 6 people. The degustation menu is a fine dining experience where the food is plated presented formally. This menu is a 5 course journey with a minimum 8 of people.
Available throughout Dunsborough and Busselton (due to distance and time, Margaret River destinations have a +$50 travel fee)
All dishes are gluten free, and the menus can be paired with matched wines from local Southwest wineries
