UNOPENED PRODUCTS

If you change your mind, that’s okay! GH Produce will happily accept returns products providing that they are UNUSED and UNOPENED with their heat seal intact. Return requests must be received within 7 days of the PURCHASE DATE. Please note that refunds are not made on the original postage fees with the return. 

To return a product, please contact us to arrange a product return. Pack and seal the items into their original shipping package and post them back to us using the address we will advise of (do not send back to the courier). Provided that the products are received in their originals UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchase card or account. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your original purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (UNUSED and UNOPENED with the heat seal intact). It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
