After an amazing trip to Hawaii and spending a lot of time working with a Mauritius cook, I began falling in love with the islander cuisine and found it actually really suited my dietary needs. So, I add my own twist on the islander curry! With the addition of a native Tasmanian beach herb “Kunzea” and “WA desert lime’s” makes this mix phenomenal with any fish, seafood, chicken, beef and veggies. It has a taste like no other, it’s light, fragrant, full of flavour and nutrient dense.
Ingredients: Organic desiccated coconut, turmeric, WA sea salt, ground coriander, ground cumin, organic coconut palm sugar, WA desert lime powder, ground ginger, cayenne chilli, kunzea, fennel seeds.
