Plant powered, tangy and fragrant this mix is one of my all time favourites! With Thai green curry flavours at the core of this one, I have used some incredible native lemon grass, finger lime and WA hemp protein to give you a curry experience like nothing else out there!
Use to make quick curry or as seasoning.
One pot Wonder: Plant powered tofu + veggie green curry
Pan fry diced onion + sliced carrot, add a can of coconut milk, curry mix and simmer for 12 mins. Add tofu, capsicum and bok choy till tender. Serve with rice, coriander + a splash of tamari.
