Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you expected, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review your request quickly and, depending on the situation, arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Change of Mind
As our products are food-based and made fresh, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully, including allergen information, before checking out.

Shipping Delays or Issues
We work with trusted delivery partners but sometimes delays or issues can occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we’ll help track it down and work on a resolution.
