FROM THE FARM. OVER THE FIRE. TO THE TABLE.

Join us for the very first Farm to Fork Firestyle Feast at the stunning Lake Janis Farm, nestled in Western Australia’s Southern Forests.

An intimate long-table dining experience celebrating exceptional local produce, regenerative farming, open-fire cooking and the farmers behind the food.

Hosted by Dean and Julia Ryan of Lake Janis Farm, alongside Chef Glen from GH Produce, this one-of-a-kind evening brings together a shared passion for honest food, sustainable farming and unforgettable dining experiences.

THE FARM & THE FOOD

For Chef Glen, great food begins long before it reaches the kitchen. It’s about knowing the farmers, understanding the land and respecting the ingredients.

Having championed Lake Janis Farm’s exceptional grassfed Jersey beef through his private dining experiences for years, Glen is bringing his signature cooking style straight to the source.

Think roaring flames, glowing coals, incredible local ingredients and bold, beautiful flavours.

The feast will showcase Lake Janis Farm’s prized grassfed Jersey beef, freshly hand-dug organic New English-style potatoes and farm-grown organic avocados, alongside an abundance of seasonal produce from the Southern Forests.

Expect a generous, fire-inspired menu celebrating the very best of the region, with a touch of Australian native bush foods and Chef Glen’s creative flair.

MEET THE FARMERS. EXPLORE THE LAND.

Your experience begins with a guided walking tour alongside Dean and Julia, the passionate family behind Lake Janis Farm.

Meet their beautiful Jersey cattle, wander through the organic gold kiwifruit orchards and explore the fields where their incredible organic potatoes and onions are grown.

Discover how their commitment to regenerative and organic farming is building healthier soils, nurturing the land and producing nutrient-dense food bursting with flavour.

It’s a rare opportunity to connect with the people and place behind the ingredients on your plate.

FIRE, FOOD & FINE WINE

As the afternoon rolls into evening, settle in for a spectacular long-table feast on the farmhouse balcony, overlooking Lake Janis and the surrounding countryside.

With the fire glowing and the sun setting over the farm, Chef Glen will bring the region’s finest ingredients to life through his signature firestyle cooking.

Throughout the evening, Glen will share the stories, inspiration and techniques behind his dishes, while Dean and Julia join you at the table for an evening of genuine country hospitality.

Complementing the feast will be beautiful wines from neighbouring Canopy Wines, a family-owned vineyard producing single-sourced wines from hand picked grapes, wines that reflect the unique soils and climate of the Southern Forests.

Chris from Canopy Wines will be there to share the stories behind each wine, guiding guests through the flavours and characteristics that make this region so special.

MORE THAN JUST A DINNER.

This is a celebration of the land, the farmers, the produce and the simple magic of bringing people together around a table.

An evening to slow down, connect, share stories, enjoy exceptional food and wine, and experience the Southern Forests at its finest.

One farm. One fire. One unforgettable feast.
